3. Products and Orders
All products offered on this website are food supplements as defined under EU Directive 2002/46/EC. They are not medicinal products and are not intended to diagnose, prevent or treat any condition.
When you place an order via the contact form, we will contact you to confirm availability, pricing and delivery. A binding purchase agreement is formed only when we confirm your order in writing.
Prices displayed are in Euros (€) and include applicable Dutch VAT (BTW). Shipping costs are stated separately during the order confirmation process.
4. Distance Selling – Consumer Rights
Where you are a consumer (a natural person not acting in the course of a profession or business), the following rights apply under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Dutch Burgerlijk Wetboek (Book 6):
- You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving a reason, provided the product is intact and unsealed
- You bear the cost of returning the product unless we agree otherwise
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods
